Fallen wood containing the Green Stainer (Elfcup) mushroom is responsibly harvested, dried, then carved and sanded by hand in order to reveal the rich tones and unique grain of these woodland-gems.  The vivid green and blue hues are a result of the mushroom "roots" taking over.  No colour, stain, or dye has been added.   Pieces are finished in olive oil.
